Quality is our highest priority and at the forefront of every aspect of our business. Our AS9100 and ISO9001 approvals form the basis of our approach. KPIs are closely monitored and a continuous improvement methodology is used to maintain the high level of service our customers have come to expect
Machining Services
Redmayne Engineering through partnership and growth have established a diverse range of capabilities to support our customer needs, as a result we can support many programs from initial design concepts through to project design, cad cam, machining, assembly, inspection and treatments
History of Redmayne
Originally based in a small “converted cinema” building in Brockenhurst, Hampshire. Some of the first components manufactured were for the BAC 111 Regional Jet that was produced at Hurn Airport near Bournemouth.
Approvals
Redmayne Engineering currently holds various Prime aerospace as well as other non aerospace company approvals. We also hold AS9100 approvals from BSI and NADCAP on several special processes.

The MEL Group is always investing in plant machinery, improving our manfacturing capabilities.
Special Processes
Through continuous improvement Redmayne have increased their capability by adding special processes throughout the business. All are either fully approved by Nadcap or our major customers.
