Redmayne take pride in building good customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
To achieve this we have dedicated Account Managers to maintain, review and manage the customer order books on a daily basis. We feel communication is key to a successful relationship. Some customers require a single point of contact which we are more than happy to accommodate.
The Account Manager internally our aided by our ERP/MRP system K3 Smartvision which controls all aspects of the business needs on a day to day basis. The Account Managers therefore can produce schedules, progress reports, current order book status on a “live” basis to all our customers. We also encourage regular meetings with customers and have an open book policy.
